Momentum looks to bridge the gap that has been created over the years between home owners, the Board and their management company.  Gaps in communication, document management, financials, all issues that put the business of HOA’s at a disadvantage that can cause unnecessary expenses and losses.  While we all strive to create strong communities, the fact is the business of the HOA comes first and its through efficient operations that HOA’s can then take the time needed to create a strong community.

Momentum HOA puts the control of the Association back where it belongs back in the hands of the Board, we do this through better use of technology, better communication, and better tracking of all association information.  What we do is work with the Board to operate the business as efficiently as possible making it possible for everyone to have some time to create the community they want.
